Terms & Conditions Last updated: June 2025 Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the BDCODES website or placing any order. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. ABOUT US BDCODES is a digital-goods ecommerce platform based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We sell game keys, gift cards, gaming subscriptions, and software licences. All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 2. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases on BDCODES. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. BDCODES reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information. 3. ACCOUNTS You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BDCODES is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions, refund policies, or any other platform feature. 4. PRODUCTS AND PRICING All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are inclusive of any applicable platform fees. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of checkout is the price you pay. Product descriptions, including region, platform, and activation instructions, are provided in good faith. It is your responsibility to ensure a product is compatible with your system, region, and platform before purchasing. 5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT When you place an order: • Product keys are reserved against your cart session. • Payment must be completed within 10 minutes. Expired reservations are automatically released back to stock. • Orders are only confirmed once payment is verified by the payment gateway. We accept payment via bKash (Tokenized Checkout) and cards/mobile banking through SSLCommerz. All payment processing is handled by these third-party gateways — BDCODES does not store your payment credentials. 6. DELIVERY Upon successful payment, your product key or credentials will be sent automatically to your registered email address, typically within seconds. You can also view your purchased keys at any time from your Orders page. BDCODES is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses provided during registration. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam/junk folder before contacting support. 7. LICENCE TERMS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS All digital products sold on BDCODES are licenced to you personally for lawful use on supported platforms. You may not: • Resell, redistribute, or share keys or codes purchased on BDCODES • Use products for commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit any product key • Circumvent DRM or platform verification systems Your licence rights are subject to the end-user licence agreement (EULA) of the respective platform (Steam, Microsoft, Sony, Google, etc.). 8. REFUNDS Please refer to our full Refund Policy page for details. In summary: refunds and replacements are available for non-working keys, duplicate charges, and delivery failures — but not for change of mind, wrong region purchases, or already-redeemed keys. 9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT You agree not to: • Use BDCODES for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts • Scrape, harvest, or automate requests to our website • Use purchased keys for bulk resale without prior written agreement • Engage in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, withholding of products, and reporting to relevant authorities. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BDCODES provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for: • Interruptions, errors, or downtime on our platform • Delays in payment processing by third-party gateways • Platform-side issues with key redemption (e.g., platform outages) • Loss or damage arising from use of digital products beyond our control Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. 11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the BDCODES website — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of BDCODES or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners (Microsoft, Sony, Valve, Google, etc.). BDCODES is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. 12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BDCODES shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. 13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
